Ken Pearson is a senior human capital and executive leadership advisor with more than 25 years of experience supporting executive teams through enterprise transformation, organizational change, and leadership development. As part of The Teer Group’s CHRO Advisory, Ken partners with C-Suite leaders to align people strategy with business objectives—strengthening leadership effectiveness, organizational performance, and execution discipline during periods of growth, restructuring, and cultural evolution. Ken brings deep experience advising Fortune 500 and global organizations, including prior roles as Global Vice President of HR Advisory at SAP SuccessFactors, Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at Walmart, and Vice President of Business Transformation Services at GroupeX Solutions. Across these roles, he worked closely with C-suite and senior leadership teams to design and implement leadership, talent, and organizational strategies that supported enterprise priorities and long-term value creation. Within The Teer Group, Ken focuses on executive coaching and human capital advisory at the enterprise level. He supports leaders navigating inflection points such as operating model shifts, large-scale transformation, succession and leadership transitions, and capability building—helping executives sharpen strategic thinking, lead through complexity, and deliver sustainable impact. Ken’s advisory perspective is informed by his background as a senior Human Resources and technology executive, with experience spanning Fortune 500 enterprises and mid-market organizations. He has led the design and build of HR functions from the ground up and brings a holistic approach across leadership development, talent strategy, organizational design, diversity and inclusion, and HR technology enablement. His work emphasizes practical execution, strong governance, and durable people systems that translate strategy into performance.
