Empowering Youth Through Literacy, Community Impact, and Athlete-Led Leadership.

The Carr Cares Foundation, founded by NFL veteran Brandon Carr, was expanding its philanthropic footprint but needed a more cohesive brand strategy to amplify visibility, strengthen credibility, and streamline distribution for its Lit Buddies literacy initiative. Despite meaningful impact, the Foundation lacked a unified marketing approach, consistent PR storytelling, and an efficient supply chain to scale program delivery.

Conducted a comprehensive brand strategy, media, and operational review.
